If you live or work around Solna Centrum, you have probably already caught the smell of our charcoal-grilled chicken tikka boti walking home along Råsundavägen. Jalvi is at Dalvägen 1, just around the corner from the old Råsunda area, and we have become the neighbourhood go-to for anyone who wants to eat properly - not fast food, but homemade from scratch with recipes from Lahore.
At lunchtime we are quick: the buffet is ready by 10:30, ideal if you have a short lunch window and want something that actually fills you up. Dishes like lamb karahi, chana masala and freshly baked naan rotate daily. For a sit-down evening meal, our a la carte menu covers everything from biryani to seekh kebab grilled over charcoal.
On weekends we serve Desi Nashta - Pakistani brunch with paratha, halwa puri and chai, something you will not find anywhere else in Solna. We are also a great takeaway stop on the way home from the metro, and we handle catering for both private parties and office lunches in the area.
